• Experienced team with both traditional and VA native background,
• Team have multi year experience working for SFC licensed entities, with hands on experience in launching and managing traditional as well as 100% VA funds that comply with the VA T&C from the SFC.
• Team undertakes the burden of structuring, governance and compliance fund mgt process, enabling portfolio managers to focus on strategy.

• Able to join a regulated platform and become licensed reps,
• Able to offer research contents or advisory services in a compliant manner to suitable clients,
• Save upfront investments and ongoing maintenance costs required to create and operate your own licensed entity (HR, rental, systems, compliance etc)
• Nurturing individual talents with relevant VA experiences to strengthen their qualifications to become RO candidates
